Privacy Policy — Sans jugement

Sans jugement was designed so you can open up with complete peace of mind. The principle is simple: what you put in the app stays on your phone.

What we collect

Nothing.

• No account, no sign-up.
• No server: the app does not send any of your information, to us or to anyone else.
• No ads, no analytics, no trackers.

What is stored on your phone

To work, the app keeps the following only on your device:

• your first name (optional) and your preferences (appearance, country…);
• your "inner weather", your energy and your answers to "Did that do you good?";
• what you write (if you choose to keep it);
• the photos you add, and the voice messages you record or import;
• the names and numbers of the loved ones you add to your circle.

This data is protected by your phone's encryption and, if you turn it on, by Face ID, your fingerprint or your passcode. Depending on your phone settings, it may be included in your personal backup (iCloud, Google or computer), like your other apps' data. We have no access to it.

Permissions

• Notifications: only if you turn on "Gentle notes". They are scheduled on the phone.
• Microphone: only when you record a voice message.
• Photos: only the photos you choose yourself.
• Face ID or fingerprint: only if you turn on the lock. The app never sees your face or fingerprint: the phone does the check.

The lifetime purchase

The purchase is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play, with your account. We never see your identity or your payment details: the app only receives confirmation that the purchase was made.

Links to other services

When you open a playlist (Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music…), call a helpline or send a message to a loved one, the relevant app (music, Phone, Messages, WhatsApp…) takes over, under its own privacy rules.

Deleting your data

Settings → My data → Erase everything deletes all your data from the device. Deleting the app erases it too.

Children

Sans jugement collects no data at all, including from minors.
